Meditation, the act of being aware, is a simple way to focus our attention on the present moment. As we allow ourselves to listen, see, feel, hear and intuit, we are better able to negotiate our day, our relationships and our learning.
We are naturally responsive to our environment. When we learn, our task is to continue to be present with our senses as we gather information about the world around us.
When we become overwhelmed our learning time ends. In our mindful meditation class we will gently bring our attention back within. This is where our power lies. This is where we have the most wiggle room and movement, within.
